One ERP for finance, stock and production
Replacing spreadsheets and four disconnected tools with a single system the finance, warehouse and production teams all work in.

The challenge
Finance worked in spreadsheets, the warehouse kept its own stock list, production planned on a whiteboard, and the shops used a point-of-sale system that talked to none of it. Stock figures were wrong often enough that nobody trusted them, and month-end close took twelve working days.
The business could not stop while the systems changed, and the team had been burned once already by a rollout that ignored how they actually work.
What we built
We mapped the real processes first, then implemented a single ERP core: accounting, inventory, procurement, production planning and sales, with point of sale and warehouse scanners feeding the same data.
Historical data was migrated and reconciled in parallel runs, so finance could compare old and new for a full cycle before switching. Rollout was phased by department, each with training and a written runbook, and we stayed on through the first two month-end closes.
