From idea to launched product in ten weeks
Working as the founding technical team: shaping the scope, building the product, launching it and handing it over.

The challenge
Two founders had interviewed enough customers to know the problem was real, a deadline tied to an investor conversation, and no technical team. The risk was the usual one: build everything on the roadmap, launch late, and learn nothing.
What we built
We cut the scope to the single workflow that proved the value, and built it properly: a data model that survives version two, authentication, payments, and deployment automated from week one.
The product launched in week ten with analytics and monitoring in place, so the founders could show real usage in their raise. We stayed on part-time through the first hires and handed over a documented codebase.
